Introducing Darby Glenn's Director of Nursing

Meet Amber Keeton RN, Darby Glenn’s Director of Nursing!

Amber joined the Darby team in July. She has 20 years of nursing experience ranging from pediatric care, geriatric nursing, and hospice care. Amber decided she enjoyed working with the geriatric population best, as many do not have anyone to advocate for them.

When asked what made Amber decide to become a nurse, Amber stated she wanted to follow in her grandmother’s footsteps as her grandmother was a nurse. Amber also graduated from the exact same Nursing School as her grandmother too!

Outside of work, enjoys hanging out with her family, reading and has season tickets to the Columbus Blue Jackets games. She has three kids and three dogs. Amber says her guilty pleasure is getting her nails done and she loves stopping at the Cheesecake Factory for their famous Chicken Piccata!
