Darby Glenn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a Columbus, Ohio nursing home located in the Hilliard Ohio area; near the Dublin, Worthington and Upper Arlington suburbs. Darby Glenn Nursing Home offers an array of rehabilitation services up to 7 days of week. Patients can benefit from Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Darby Glenn is proud to offer state of the art physical therapy equipment to help each patient achieve his maximum potential. Darby Glenn is all about going beyond the good care and pleasant surroundings you expect from a quality nursing home, which fosters a higher level of recovery and independent functioning.

Darby Glenn is one of the few Person-Centered Care nursing homes. In a person-centered care environment, we let the resident decide on how they want their schedule to work. This includes when the resident goes to bed, when they wake up, and when they eat their meals, and this is just to name a few. We also provide a restaurant style dining environment that allows the resident to decide what they would like to eat.
